Concept’s Quality Assurance Program requires that summary data is used for analysis, study and publication in order to maintain and improve the quality of our patient treatment. All data associated with the QA programme is non-identifying.

This information is stored securely whether in electronic or physical form. Your information is stored in secured premises and in password protected electronic databases.

It is essential that your personal information held with us is correct. If we discover, or you are able to show us that any information is inaccurate, we will ensure that this information is corrected.
