Please inform the reception staff or a Nurse Coordinator when booking an appointment if you require assistance with accessing the required service.
If support with other non-verbal forms of communication is required, you may bring another person with you to provide assistance during your appointments. Donor program counselling requires the support person to be unrelated to the patient.
