Introducing IVFAustralia

Forty years of helping families begin.

IVFAustralia has been at the forefront of fertility care for more than four decades. Their founding specialists were involved in some of the earliest IVF births in Australia, and their clinicians and scientists have helped shape assisted reproductive technology as it exists today.

From those pioneering beginnings, IVFAustralia has grown into one of the country's most established and trusted fertility providers — with clinics across New South Wales and the ACT, and now, right here in Western Australia.

IVFAustralia is home to a network of experts who sit at the forefront of fertility science and technology to advance patient outcomes.

It's the same commitment to evidence, rigour and continuous improvement that has been at the heart of Concept Fertility since 1982.

Good to Know

Your questions, answered.

We know that change can feel unsettling when you're in the middle of a fertility journey. Below are the questions we're asked most often. If yours isn't answered here, please call us on (08) 9382 2388 — we're here to support you.

Will my treatment be interrupted?

No. Your treatment continues exactly as planned. All scheduled appointments and procedures will go ahead as scheduled.

Will I still see my doctor?

Yes. The Concept Fertility specialists you know and trust remain your doctors. Over the coming months, you'll also have access to a new team of experienced fertility specialists joining IVFAustralia from across Western Australia. Together with your existing team, these doctors will ensure you have the highest quality care and access to comprehensive fertility, gynaecological and reproductive health services.

Will my care team change?

No. The nursing, counselling, laboratory and patient care teams remain in place. They'll be joined by new team members, deeply experienced in fertility care, to support our growing doctor network. The whole team is completely focused on your care.

Will my fees change?

Existing fees will remain as they are, subject to future review if required.

Will the clinic location change?

No. The clinic stays exactly where it is.

What about stored embryos and frozen samples?

Everything remains safely and securely stored in the Concept Fertility laboratory, monitored by our expert scientific team.

What does IVFAustralia bring to my care?

As we transition to IVFAustralia, you'll benefit from access to the latest scientific innovations across the IVFAustralia network — including AI-powered embryo selection, time-lapse incubation technology, advanced genetic testing, and ongoing research collaborations.

When will I see the IVFAustralia name in the clinic?

The transition will happen gradually over the coming months. You'll start to see the IVFAustralia name appear in the clinic, in correspondence, and online. By the second half of 2026, we expect to be fully rebranded to IVFAustralia.

I'm considering starting treatment — should I wait?

We recommend speaking with one of our experienced fertility specialists to discuss your individual circumstances and the optimal timing for your treatment.

Who do I speak to if I have concerns?

Please call the clinic directly on (08) 9382 2388 — our patient care team will be able to guide you.
